Overview of Employee Self-Service kiosk
kiosk is an optional system that can be implemented at any stage after payroll has been correctly configured.
kiosk is a fully integrated and feature-rich product that offers full web based Employee and Manager Self Service (ESS & MSS).
kiosk provides the following capability:
- Maintain employee and emergency contact details.
- Manage leave requests and access leave history.
- Access payroll payment details and history.
- Manage your day-to-day tasks.

Run customisable reports on many aspects of payroll data.
- Manage and report on employee events, skills property and training (requires hrto be purchased and implemented).

View and manage your organisational structure (requires hrto be implemented)..

Create and manage performance reviews and other customisable workflows (requires AWto be purchased and implemented).
- Maintain Workplace Health & Safety items (requires OHS to be purchased and implemented).
In addition, it is a secure website linked directly to your company which employees may access, to let them perform a range of functions.
This may include:
- Viewing payslips and other personal reports.
- Checking leave balances
- Submitting leave requests
- Submitting timesheets
- Submitting expense requests
- Checking personal contact details, etc.
This information has been written to cover some options and features available within kiosk.
Some options and features may not be available to the end user if the system administrator has used kiosk security to alter the layout of the system.
